• By purchasing merchandise from White Rock Beach Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Ordering and Payment

• All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
• All prices are included tax 10% and service 11%
• Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is backordered, we will notify you via email.
• Upon completing the booking, an automatic e-booking confirmation will be emailed to the designated email address
• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
• Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include online systems, bank transfer, debit/credit card (Visa, Master & JCB) : Virtual Account, Credit card, QRIS and Bank Transfer. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed and received
• All online purchases and payments made through our online portal are final and strictly non-refundable.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at the reception desk. Please note that held items will be released if not collected within two hours of order time

Shipping and Delivery

• Processing Time: Please allow during business days for order processing before shipment.
• Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, Choose the shipping method that works best for you at checkout.
• International Shipping: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
• Risk of Loss: Once the package is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the shipping company.

Product & Sizing

• Please double-check your product and size selection before completing your purchase. We recommend consulting our Size Guide for detailed measurements. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit
